I had no problems with the download. I was annoyed that I had to install a downloader, but that’s not the fault of the Turbotax product. The Program installed, and updated without issues. State download worked and updated without issues. No issues with the questions or forms. Premier seems a little over priced, to me, but that’s my only quibble.

Tried to buy it. Couldn’t download. The amazon download utility showed the software downloading forever. Stopped it at 400% download.

the amazon downloader worked for me. downloaded 103MB in under 3 minutes with cable broadband. installed perfectly too as it should.

TurboTax Premiere is pure “bait and switch” software, the name Premier is deceptive, it makes it sound like it is better than “basic”…it isn’t. TurboTax Premiere does not containg the essential “Schedule C” IRS form required for deducting business expenses. You don’t know this until you are almost done filling out all the complex information, only then TurboTax will force you to pay an extra $10 fee to complete your taxes.
Also, it is not that easy to follow instructions if you are a beginner you will undoubtedly get completely confused by the interface. There is no chance you will get your taxes done properly with this program. I don’t think they will give you a refund if you fail to file your taxes and , get this, you can not use this software next year. It is an incredible rip-off. You are better off paying a Tax Preparer if you have a business of any kind.

I had no problems downloading this software through Amazon.com, it only took about five minutes to complete. Based on prior experience, I’m expecting a good product from TurboTax.
