QuickBooks Premier has been for the last several years the best available software for small to Mid-sized businesses. This year they have added some new features that make it even better. My personal favorite, besides the Document Mangement system, which speak for itself, is the change in the Reconcile Feature. Who knew such a small thing as listing everything “Not Cleared” as bold, and once it is cleared undoing the “bold” would make such a difference. For those complicated and long bank recs it has made a huge difference.
This one improvement is well worth the cost to upgrade, but there are more benefits. So definitely take a look.

This already excellent Financial Software is now enhanced with more important and time saving features. One of the big ones is the ability to scan documentation that relates to customers, vendors, invoices. Enhanced reporting, electronic banking downloading credit card charges keeps this Intuit product ahead of the pack. Keep up the great work.

I have been providing QuickBooks training and consulting for over 10 years and every year I am very impressed with the new features Intuit puts out. They are listening to accountants and the 2010 edition will help both my practice and my clients. My favorite new feature is the document management feature which I know many of my clients will love.

Not so satisfied..lot of options are seperate service and linked to other product that we have to buy from intuit
